Ewot Mask Review
The biggest problem with masks is not the mask quality itself but the "delivery mechanism". Some are just plain crappy that don't fit securely that the hoses are always falling off. These types usually come with a very short warranty which is the biggest giveaway that it's made really cheap. Some of the Ewot masks are designed more for athletes that need dual flow masks while most people can get by with just one Ewot mask and one hose. I prefer the Ewot hoses that are larger in diameter, not the small tubes don't have much flow.

Note: Some people do not need high flow masks and can get by with the cheaper tubing since they might only be using Ewot for studying or sleeping and not strenuous exercise. Getting just the right mask that doesn't deliver too much or too little oxygen will be the best fit. (Take my Ewot Quiz, this helps me pick out the right mask to the hoses to the ewot bag to make sure people get the right one based on their answers.

Mask types- A good mask should last about 4 to 5 years before it starts to fray and fall apart. The valves are the first thing that fail on Ewot masks that I hear complaints about. Some masks are hand made and are really expensive while others are not and those are the types that I do not recommend.

We compared the different EWOT mask and bag brands on the market.
TurboOxygen Dual Ewot Mask
The Turbo Oxygen Ewot dual version mask is great but I still would use a single flow mask for times when I am not going to be burning twice as much oxygen. Mainly elite athletes and those with rectal temperatures with prolonged temperatures of 101 degrees plus would probably seek a mask like this. I only use this mask if doing a true 15 minute all out exercise session and flat on the floor when done.
TurboOxygen Single Ewot Mask
The Turbo Oxygen Ewot single style Ewot mask delivers way less oxygen than the dual flow version. The single flow TurboOxygen ewot mask is one of the more affordable masks for those just starting out doing Ewot. It is not real expensive and I recommend this for beginners.
Single Flow Green Ewot Mask
This is another well made Ewot mask for those that don't want a high altitude training mask built in. This costs a little cheaper than the Dual Flow masks but for those that don't require that much oxygen this is a suitable Ewot mask for most people. This also is better stitched than most of the single flow ewot masks out there.
Single Ewot Mask
This is another Ewot mask we reviewed. It is a great mask for those looking for a single flow mask. It has a little more features than the Turbo Oxygen mask and has a higher end build quality. This is a great machine for those that want a mask that will last a long time due to its higher end structure.
Simple Ewot Mask
These are the disposable Ewot masks that I get for under 2 dollars each. I always recommend keeping a few of these Ewot Masks on hand in case another person wants to use your Ewot bag. These do leak more air than the other types.
Ewot masks:
Deciding if single or dual flow is better for you.

Ewot users coming to my site are always asking me if they should buy the dual flow Ewot mask or the Single mask that delivers less oxygen. This is probably a question that I get asked in every call. My response is if the person asking has the cardiovascular strength to "push" all that extra oxygen to far to reach places in their body. Does the person have sludge blood? Do they have a lower pulmonary pressure (some 40 year olds that haven't worked out in a long time who have inflammation can have the same lung pressure/vascular pressure ratio as a 75 year old. Some people have very low pH blood and need to alkalize before even considering Ewot. All the extra air can just lead to over oxygenation (see my over oxygenation page).

So, NO... NO... I don't always recommend the dual flow for everyone that thinks more oxygen will be better for them. I use the dual flow Ewot mask personally but I have all the things in place that I can utilize double the oxygen.  Many people aren't going to heat their core temperature 3 degrees higher. Not everyone is gonna stick a rectal thermometer up their anus to check it. I get many looks in the sauna at my gym. It's like people watch me but when I raise my head up and start looking around everyone pretends they didn't  just see me pull a thermometer out of my ass. Everyone's heads are turned to me but when I look up it's like everyone immediately avoids eye contact. I don't know how this makes people feel uncomfortable. Maybe I should feel uncomfortable smelling all their toxic odors sitting next to these people. Or them sweating naked on the wood sauna without a towel. The last person told the manager on me for dry skin brushing.  And everyone wants it super quiet. No one talks in the steam room either. And people tell me to lower my voice talking to people. Listen, this is not a freakin library. I can talk as loud or long as I want in there.

So, for those that have compromised health that normally get very winded doing normal exercise that 99% of the people in that person's age range can do, I do not recommend starting out with the dual flow mask. I try to avoid over oxygenation every way I can. Just heating the body up only 1 degree can make a difference. As far as quality of the masks, the brands I carry are all built pretty well. Some may have an off-gassing smell when they are new and some people don't like that. If left in a hot car it usually can help off gas any petrochemicals in an Ewot mask. Also the hoses have a smell too when new. For those that need an Ewot mask that has been off gassed, I try to keep a few on hand that all of their smell has been off-gassed.

For those confused on which Ewot set up and mask to start out with, take my Ewot quiz. I will choose the ewot mask and ewot bag based on your answers. Take my Ewot quiz here.
