I do not like working out at all when my oximeter is 97% or below. It's not that I want to do more than I normally should and overexert myself. Ewot helps me so I get the same workout without pushing myself so hard. I do not like that feeling when I get winded and my level goes below 97. I also find that when I fill my Ewot bag under 5lpm I get a better workout than filing my Ewot bag up fast at 8 or 10lpm. I always keep my pulse oximeter with me during my workouts. I rarely see people in the gym and no wonder people look miserable trying to workout when they don't even realize how low their 02 level is.

I buy a half dozen pulse oximeters for this reason. I am trying to prove that rarely people come out of the gym at 99% to 100% on the meter.

Before using my Ewot bag during my workout I always warm up till my core is 3 degrees higher (up to 10 minutes or less if I do it in the sauna). I always want to breathe 96% oxygen at normal pressure only when I am burning it.
Doing both Ewot and HBOT together helps me take days off my recovery. I totally can tell the difference if I try to do the same workout with EWOT without HBOT during my recovery and can tell soon mid workout if I don't do either.

For those who have questions about Ewot, use my contact page and ask any Ewot related questions. There are many protocols and safety concerns people need to be aware of. Most people get an Ewot system and do not heat their core long enough nor burn the oxygen at the high levels, especially with the dual flow masks that I only use after taking protocols that most people don't have time to do. I will ONLY sell Ewot systems to those unless I feel they are not qualified or will not follow safety protocols. 
On days that I want to do a really long jog in the park or go "all out" in my workout I do HBoT before my workout. Note: I urge people to get a 20psi oxygen concentrator so people don't have to buy a 10psi concentrator and later find out that it won't work for HBOT. A 10PSI OXYGEN CONCENTRATOR DOES NOT HAVE HIGH ENOUGH PRESSURE. ALSO FOR STATES IN HIGH ALTITUDE LIKE COLORADO I DO NOT RECOMMEND A 10PSI OXYGEN CONCENTRATOR.
During really strenuous workouts I would normally collapse at the end of my workout if I did that type of workout without going in the chamber first. EWot is great for "pulling" oxygen during my workout but "pushing" oxygen behind my lungs normal capacity to push it to every cell makes me workout way harder. I start my workout with my every cell at maximum oxygen level.

i show how i do my interval training - I do 2 minutes at low exertion and 2 minutes at very high exertion. I do this about 4 times for my workout. I repeat this twice a day. Some of my clients do this up to 6 times a day resting about 2 hours between workouts. This is mainly for super competitive athletes that need to be in peak shape for a living.
