EWOT & Over oxygenation
TOO MUCH 02 CAN BE BAD IF NOT BURING IT (OVER OXYGENATION)
So many people are getting into ewot and starting their session too soon before their core temperature has been heated up. There is a reason why people need to know how this works before bad things happen to those that don't know. So many people don't get instructions and over oxygenate their bodies. The goal is to get just enough oxygen without oxidizing the blood. It must be burned. If the rectal thermometer reading doesn't reach at least 3 degrees above normal body temperature, I would not do ewot. Just doing light exercise where the core is not heated up does not mean I am going to use my Ewot bag either.
To have insurance against over oxidizing my body I take high quality antioxidants. They are expensive but I get wholesale and can share my discount to my customers. I usually get about 50% to 60% off the prices I see over Amazon and health food stores. I have to buy 10 cases at a time to get this price and buy through chiropractors and health practitioners as I can't call the companies and get wholesale without being a practitioner.
Note: Those with sludge blood who are doing Ewot will often saturate their bodies with oxygen and the oxygen will be absorbed into the blood but still won't be transported to the cells. This is why heating the core up 3 degrees is so important. Doing Ewot at normal body temperature is probably almost as bad as having sludge blood and an acidic body. Those with inflammation and blockages in their body will find it much harder to do Ewot also unless it is done right. The oxygen will just be bypassed and not absorbed into the body. When the oxygen is not being burned as fuel is when the body can get harmed and over oxygenated.
Attention - People older than 60 doing Ewot
Most people that are not conditioned or naturally as people age have a lower pressure in their lungs that push the oxygen to all the far to reach capillaries and by that time there is no more pressure or not enough to deliver oxygen to those cells. When the body is warm (3 degrees higher than normal body temperature, the oxygen can deliver more easily to these harder to reach areas. This is why when doing Ewot I never use oxygen when I start. Many people put the ewot mask on right at the start of their workout. When the core is 3 degrees higher, the pressure in the veins gets higher from more blood going through. (this gives that pull that is needed to bring the oxygen to those cells). This is when the oxygen transfer happens in the blood capillaries to help the cells build more energy with extra oxygen. Transfering the oxygen is what most people miss when learning to tweak their bodies do benefit from Ewot.
Most people just getting into Ewot have a limited cardiovascular system and is not strong enough to carry the oxygenated blood to far to reach areas. Those with a lot of swelling can have a very hard time getting Ewot to work for them.
Remember, if the oxygen is not being transferred and not burned, Ewot will have no benefit to me
