Acidic body pH and EWOT

Many people are breathing in 92% to 96% oxygen and with acidic blood. There are so many reasons why people should know their body pH before starting Ewot. It is super hard for the body to transport oxygen to the cells when the body is acidic and there is sludge blood. If the body pH on a test is very acidic it really won't matter if doing Ewot and the lungs are filled up with a high oxygen concentration.

The best thing I can say for those that are sick and tired and have low energy from everyone that has done Ewot is they have to really do extra lymphatic exercise and "lipolysis" to help the body absorb the oxygen so it actually gets transported. Just like taking too many multi vitamins or too much Vitamin B12, if the body is not using it or storing it, it will be eliminated and taking extra doses just makes it harder on the body.

Those with acidic bodies are the people that usually have the problems with over oxygenation as they are not burning the oxygen. (This is especially important for those that decide to do Ewot with the dual flow masks.

I urge newbies to Ewot to talk to someone who has experience in "Multistep Oxygen Therapy" or (EWOT) which most people know it as. Some masks let in more air so the oxygen concentration coming out of the Ewot mask is under 50% while others let in so much flow that it is close to 95%.
