Ewot & Burning Extra Oxygen
​So many people want to do Ewot and rush into it and don't know what they are doing. It's like buying a Class 4 medical laser and not getting trained and people end up burning themselves and blame the laser instead of not spending the time learning the techniques and how long not to use it on certain areas. 

Using Ewot and getting extra oxygen than is needed is what I try to avoid. I am doing this to stay healthy and get more out of my workouts, not purposely age myself and oxidize my body. Many newbies to Ewot want to jump in and do workouts they normally can't do without using their Ewot oxygen bag. Some people can workout to levels that normally would be workouts of exhaustion and the next morning their tendons and lungs are hurting. I get the same complaints from those that bought the Athletic Boost Pendants from me and they can bench press more than they normally could and the next day they feel like they are in pain. (I have about 200 videos of using the Boost pendant on Youtube for anyone that wants to watch. Those that hold the pendant when arm wrestling always win. Most people don't believe the videos till they try it. (I have athletic boost fractals for anyone that wants a free sample to see how it works. talk about dual flow can deliver extra oxygen than the standard ingle flow but there are many more protocols to take when getting double the oxygen intake.

Most people do not hear their cores up. The whole goal of using Ewot is to transport oxygen to the cells, not just go in the lungs and not burn the oxygen.

Carbon dioxide... most people are not combusting oxygen into carbon dioxide at the same or faster rate as dual flow oxygen  is coming in.
I recommend single flow for most people but only recommend the dual flow for those that are taking protocols that require the body to be at a 3 degree higher rectal temperature before using breathing oxygen from the ewot bag.

Tne worst thing that can happen is just getting over oxgyenated. Oxidizing the body is very aging and many people are over oxygenating and think they are doing something good for their body when in actuality they are harming themselves.

I urge those who are considering EWot to talk to someone who has experience. Certain sports require different flow rates of oxygen and having too much or using Ewot too soon during the workout is what I avoid.

Also, those looking for Dual Flow masks need to take even extra precaution. Dual flow workouts can be a game chamber but prior protocols MUST be taken first.
PIcture of me at the time when it's ok for me to start Ewot training. I always wait till my core is at the right temperature. If using my single flow mask I don't have to let it get up as high. This is a picture of me when my core temperature is at 3 degrees higher than my normal body temperature. Some people sweat but their temperature is not 3 degrees higher yet. The rectal thermometer is the best way I've found to make sure.
