Blah blah blah.hhh... All of these companies that tell me you can get a 60 minute workout in only 10 minutes on their machine.. well this is BS in a way. The machines that only go up to around 14 hertz cannot make it any harder for me to do a workout. And, the machines that actually are powerful enough, rarely can people go through a 10 to 12 minute workout that is long enough to do that 1 hour in 10 minutes. A 10 minute non stop workout on a machine that goes over 20 hertz and especially a machine that goes to 35 hertz it is nearly impossible to follow the trainer on the screen and do all the exercises as most people would work till exhaustion.
While selling these machines all this time, I know people have intentions of doing a 10 minute workout but those that are in poor shape rarely can do anything but the beginner and maybe half way through the intermediate levels. With Ewot, this is the only way some people can make it through the entire workout.

I found that the best way to use the vibration plate on a high acceleration brand is to heat my core up 3 degrees and only go into this 10 minute workout when I am warm. No one wants to get an injury going "all out" on a cold body.
So, with Ewot and vibration machines, it can be possible for those that normally can't do an entire vibration session. Most people starting out get winded too soon and can't finish their session. And those that are in shape that do the advanced programs, they find it helpful also with extra oxgyen.

Ewot and Whole Body Vibration
(Hypervibe G17 Pro is the one I use in the video. It is the most powerful residential machine I have tested.
This has the highest G force at the lowest 7mm amplitudes. Note: this model is only a recommendation if someone wants to go
over 20 hertz for weight bearing G force, levitation off the plate for help with bone density (models under 20 hertz don't levitate me off the plate like the speeds 25 to 35 hertz (this goes to 35 hertz). Also, models that don't have high G force that my feet stay planted do not engage my stabilizer muscles and fast twitch muscles and it is hard to gain muscle or lose weight on those types.
For these reasons, I only recommend machines 20 hertz or higher.
