Ewot and Infrared Saunas:
So many people buy infrared saunas and don't get the most benefit from them. Some people do the castor oil/flannel cloth sessions and that is very popular to do in a sauna. I go to the Russian bathhouses in NY and nearly everyone in their is using castor oil in there. But it must be used with a flannel cloth. Other people are doing rebounding or whole body vibration to mobilize all the toxins but 50% of the people don't know if they should go in the sauna before or after rebounding or doing a 10 minute vibration machine session. (This is called Lipolysis. The fat cells release their waste and it must be released and removed. The question is that most people get wrong, about 90% of the people answer this question wrong when I ask them by phone..... Do you plan on sweating first and then rebounding or vibration plate or doing that first and sweating it all out afterwards. A good video to watch is the one below.

Ewot and Making it through the Entire Infrared Saunas session:
All of it sounds good when someone buys their sauna like they are going to stay in their 45 minutes to an hour. But in actuality, people that are sick and tired rarely make it through the session long enough to burn 600 calories of waste that will lipolize and get processed with bile and the liver.

I cannot make it through a very long session with my core temperature 3 degrees higher than my normal body temperature if I am not breathing in extra oxygen through my Ewot mask. I keep the Ewot bag right outside my sauna and ONLY start using it once my core is heated up 3 degrees higher.

Infrared Saunas and Ewot:
For those that have an infrared sauna, much more lipolysis can be done if the sessions can be longer and more oxygen should be able to transport to the cells passively. Staying in too long can drain more and do heavier lipolysis and the body can't filter all the toxins coming out. Also, staying in too long and not taking the right "anti-oxidants" or not enough or the wrong type that can't counter act the oxidation from excess oxygen that is not being burned, this also can be a problem for most people. I urge people to get answers to questions before starting Ewot and infrared sauna therapy. Getting just the right amount of oxygen and not over doing my session is always my goal. I don't want to stay in the infrared sauna if I can't produce enough bile to emulsify the waste.
