Ewot and Oxygen Percentage levels
I do not need my blood to be at 99+ percent oxygen state unless I am burning it. So many people don't know how to use their oxygen concentrator and attempt to do Ewot. (those that are really interested in learning Ewot and not over oxygenating themselves I urge you to really know what you are doing). When working out I want my blood 02 level to be as close to 100% as I can get it but not during my normal daily activities. I only want this when I know I am burning it. Just 1% can be a game changer. It is exponential. Most sickly people that I test are almost always below 97%. Ewot and Pulse Oximeter levels
A lot of people end up buying the cheap pulse oximeters to see what their levels are when doing Ewot. So many of these cheap ones are not accurate. I just checked my oxygen level and it said 96%. I did it immediately afterwards and it said 99%. There are some really crappy pulse oximeters out there that have ranges of error of plus or minus 5%. The really good ones don't have that. Those that are really into Ewot will want to know if there reading is 98.1 or 98.7%, not just 98%.

Note: just having 1% higher is exponential when it comes to the whole body. 1% or even a fraction of that can make the difference between winning a game and getting winded towards the end. Those that do hyperbaric and Ewot based on all the people that have used my chamber and ewot right afterwards have kept a higher level towards the end of their workout. Those that have done core heating exercises based on the people I've worked with doing Ewot that have raised their core temperatures 3 degrees higher than their normal body temperature and doing ewot and hyperbaric take advantage of "pulling" and "pushing" oxygen. But, just Ewot by itself is fine. Usually it's for professional athletes that consider doing both.
